5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on phmacao app are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Members are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using payment methods registered in their own name. Transactions made using third-party payment methods not authorised by phmacao app may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method used. phmacao app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Members are advised to review all applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer. phmacao app reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds awarded as a result of technical error or misuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
phmacao app provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phmacao app shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds, loss of data, or any other losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions.

7. Account Suspension and Closure
